These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Onnetwork website ("Site") at https://onnetwork.com/, our mobile app, or any other means provided by Oakhurst Platinum Holdings, LLC ("Company"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. Do not agree to them unless you fully understand and accept every part. By using the Site, you are confirming that you understand, agree to, and accept all the conditions in these Terms.
1. General Provisions
The Company provides this Site for Users who want to find mentoring services ("Students") and for those who want to offer them ("Mentors"). The terms "you" or "User" refer to Students, Mentors, or anyone who views, uses, or posts content on the Site. These Terms are an agreement between the Company and you. By doing any of the following, you agree to these Terms: (a) viewing the Site; (b) arranging for mentoring lessons; (c) registering as a Mentor; (d) using the Site in any other way; or (e) explicitly agreeing to these Terms. If you don't agree, you cannot use the Site.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and anything else on the Site, these Terms will be the final authority. If we fail to enforce any part of these Terms, it doesn't mean we are giving up that right permanently. If a provision in these Terms is found to be invalid by a court, we agree to replace it with a new provision that achieves the original purpose, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS A MANDATORY WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AND JURY TRIALS. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
