Google Account Integration
To help you schedule and manage mentorship sessions, OnNetwork integrates with your Google Account. When you connect your account, you authorize OnNetwork to access specific Google Calendar and Google Meet data through Google APIs. This access is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve core scheduling, meeting management, and safety-related features of the platform.

How We Use These Permissions
This limited access allows OnNetwork to perform the following actions on your behalf:

Create Google Calendar events for scheduled mentorship sessions

Read calendar events created by OnNetwork to ensure accurate session details and timely reminders

Update or delete calendar events if sessions are rescheduled or canceled

Generate secure Google Meet links for mentorship sessions

Add mentors as co-hosts for meetings hosted by the authenticated user

Configure meeting join policies, such as who can join without requesting access

Enable automatic meeting transcription when explicitly selected by the user

Data Minimization and Limited Use:
OnNetwork follows a data minimization approach. We only access and store the minimum information necessary to provide the service, which may include event identifiers, start and end times, Google Meet links, and selected meeting configuration settings. We do not access, read, or store unrelated calendar information such as personal event details, unrelated guests, locations, or descriptions.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will never use your calendar or meeting data for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To Provide and Manage the Service: To operate our platform, authenticate users, schedule mentorship sessions, and manage user accounts.

Upon revocation, our access to your data will be terminated, and we will delete all Google-sourced data stored on our systems, such as event IDs and timestamps.

Managing Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link in the email. You will continue to receive essential transactional emails related to your account and sessions.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
OnNetwork may send official notices to you by email, regular mail, or by posting notices (or links to them) directly on the OnNetwork website. OnNetwork reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services, or any portion thereof, at any time. This includes the right to restrict or remove your access, delete associated data or files, or discontinue specific features or functionality.
OnNetwork shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, termination, or resulting loss of data, content, or access.
We may also revise these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time by posting the updated version on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of OnNetwork following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
